Loyal To The Game - Article on S.B Guards

LOYAL TO THE GAME

"I Do my Thing, Respect My Hustle I aint Playing,
Cuz Im Loyal To The Game"

IF your in Surrey around 5 pm you can catch captain Pavan Samra rounding up his team in his ride in order to get to the gym in Richmond by 6 pm. Traveling the distance is nothing new to Pavan seeing as this is his 4th consecutive Roundball season, and surely he takes pride in being the only player to compete in all four of Roundball Basketball's programs across Surrey and Richmond BC. Last year he was the integral point guard on his team that led his youth division boys team to the first Roundball championship in Surrey. However this year has been a year of short comings for him and his boys. Every game throughout last seasons Men's league was a battle where they faught hard until the end never leaving anything less than their best regardless of the outcome. Many assume Team Strictly Business are already out of the contention to win the championship this year, however what they dont know is the team is still adding vital components to their roster. One player to name in particular that will be starting next week is 6 foot 2 Power Foward Jerome James. A versatile player who can pretty much play all positions on the floor will be sure to make a huge difference for the guard orientated Strictly Business squad.  And Jerome may be the perfect fit for guard Adrian Sattar, who is looking for a big man to feed his dazzling assists down the middle of the court too. Lastly their quick release shooting guard Hassan is man looking for his second roundball championship as well. Fortunitely for him he was part of the championship Men's team in Surrey last season and is known to hit big time shots near the end of playoff games. All in all these boys stay Loyal to The Game, and you can expect their team to come through in the clutch of this Richmond Men's Season.
